With a deep expertise in monitoring & surveillance globally across Market Manipulation (MAR), Information Barriers and Suitability, Emily has experience managing complex change initiatives, leveraging compliance technology and establishing Governance Frameworks, best practice processes, procedures and controls in Regulatory Compliance and Operational Risk.
In addition, Emily’s HR background includes expertise in Diversity & Inclusion, organisational change, Culture & Conduct initiatives and Executive Coaching.
