Chad is a regulatory reporting specialist with more than 25 years of financial services experience working for a variety of leading investment banks and vendors, including Standard Chartered, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds, ISITC, TRAX (now MarketAxess Post-Trade) and Omgeo (now DTCC Institutional Trade Processing).
His notable achievements include launching a MiFID FCA-Approved Reporting Mechanism, leading the implementation and delivery of a number of Dodd-Frank and EMIR reporting programmes and creating a versatile financial markets post-trade compliance advisory team to undertake second line oversight of MiFID, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, ASIC, CAD, CFTC, SEC, Bank of Israel and SFTR transaction reporting.
More recently, Chad has been providing compliance, strategy and product advisory support to hedge funds, venture capital investors, FinTech startups and software vendors.
