Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and group discussions, participants will develop a solid understanding of the Consumer Duty and its importance for their firm. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement and manage the Consumer Duty in their role as the Consumer Duty Champion.
